Housewife Cuisine is an internationally acclaimed entertainment cooking company currently based in South Florida, founded by Chef Falan Taylor.
Housewife Cuisine LLC was originally formed Feb 2005 in Stuttgart, Germany where Chef Falan wrote and published her first cookbook, by the same name in April 2006. It was an instant success with Stars and Stripes, one of the world's largest independent publications providing news and information about the military community, featured Chef Taylor.
Her first formal culinary training came from Ashworth College's Gourmet Cooking and Catering course. Chef Falan used this as a building block to pursue culinary training locally in both Sicily, Italy and Germany.
Falan went on to audition for Food Network's hit show The Next Food Network star seasons 1 and 3. However, she did not make the cut for the show. That did not stop her from creating her own show Housewife Cuisine Web Series on Youtube. The popular online cooking show caught the attention of Inside Edition included the chef in one of its stories.
Armed with this delightful news, Chef Falan attended Texas Culinary Academy's Le Cordon Bleu program for Culinary Arts.
To round out her experience, she also worked as production chef on set of The Kitchen Diva (PBS) in 2008 cooking behind the scenes for Angela Shelf- Medearis.
Housewife Cuisine has reached at its peak over 375,000 viewers globally in various media platforms. The success lead Chef Falan to host The Jewelry Channel Live from Austin, Texasm also known as later The Liquidation Channel.
Today, Chef Falan has been named most Famous Alumni of Ashworth College and recieved an award from the DETC Council.
In 2012, Housewife Cuisine is rebranding the company and studying American Sign Language where she hopes to also teach cooking for the deaf community. She's ready to conduct live demonstrations, serve as a chef at corporations, private parties and special events.
